By accessing or using IRS Now's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

IRS Now LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.

2. Description of Service

IRS Now provides automated IRS audit risk detection services by analyzing financial documents for potential audit triggers. Our services include:

• Document analysis for IRS audit red flags
• Risk assessment and reporting
• Secure document storage and processing
• PDF report generation and delivery

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

4. Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

• Standard Scan: $2,000 adds 4 generations
• Complimentary Access: 1 free generation for new users
• All prices in USD unless otherwise specified

Payment Processing

• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing
• No refunds for completed scans unless service error

Billing Disputes

Contact tsc@nselus.org within 30 days of any billing dispute.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Upload malicious files or malware
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Process documents you don't have rights to
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Engage in tax evasion or fraud

Content Guidelines

• Only upload legitimate financial documents
• Ensure you have rights to all uploaded content
• Do not upload documents containing malware

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by IRS Now LLC and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of documents you upload
• You grant us a license to process your documents for service delivery

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDITSHIELD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Tax penalties or audit outcomes
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRS Now LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your tax filings or IRS interactions
